 Our Experience

Eight highly experienced Yoga teachers deliver our sessions, who themselves have studied and practiced under some of the most revered teachers in India and elsewhere around the world, bringing their wealth of knowledge and understanding of Yoga to the residents of Corinda, Sherwood, Jindalee, Sinnamon Park, Forest Lake Jamboree Heights, River Hills, Westlake and beyond!

Within the team, individual teachers focus on differing facets of Yoga, including traditional gentle and Slow Hatha Yoga, which is practiced at a serene pace and suitable for students of all levels of experience; Yin Yoga, considered a reflective practice where floor based postures are maintained for relatively long periods, and more Dynamic Vinyasa styles of Yoga.

And as a part of our 12 weekly classes, we provide a Friday evening meditation session that is delivered via Zoom – it’s simple to join in and you can do so from the comfort of your own home.

The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships.
